And having not the use of feet they are carried upon shoulders, declaring to men how vile they are. Be they confounded also that worship them.

Since they have no feet, they are carried shoulder high, displaying to all how worthless they are; even those who worship them are put to shame

Because of their lack of feet, they are borne on the shoulders of others, an indication to all of their true lack of worth. And those who serve them feel a sense of shame,
